Hello
My name is Lety Algeri
As a former middle school educator turned health and wellness expert, I have long sought to incorporate organic gardening into school curricula. However, space constraints and seasonal limitations have made this a challenge - until I discovered Tower Gardens.
These innovative vertical aeroponic growing systems can be utilized indoors or outdoors, year-round, and require a mere 30 inches of space to grow up to 28 plants. With Tower Gardens, students can now cultivate fresh vegetables right in their classrooms, seamlessly integrating gardening into their daily coursework.
Building upon my passions for teaching and health, I have developed an innovative and BOCES-approved program called School Seeds. At its core, the School Seeds Program utilizes cutting-edge aeroponic, vertical Tower Gardens to promote project-based learning and reinforce academic standards across a range of disciplines.
We provide an immersive whole-school curriculum that aligns the art and science of growing vegetables with daily academic instruction in all subject areas. This project-based and standards-aligned learning experience helps students learn critical thinking and problem-solving as they explore, discover, and create their own ecosystems.
Excited about having Tower Gardens at your school or business, but not sure where to start?
